Abstract
dc:descriptionThe work reflects on the use of the precautionary principle in the Italian Criminal law system in order to investigate its use in the legislation, in the juridical doctrine and in the court-law. This latest viewpoint is particularly enhanced so to give an updated and complete reconstruction of how the Supreme Italian Court (s.c. Corte di cassazione) has used the precautionary principle especially in culpable crime cases.
