Estudio de los servicios complementarios que ofrecen los bróker de seguros en Perú

Abstract

dc:description.abstract

This research is a study of the complementary services of companies that perform the insurance broker service to clients that may be companies or individuals. The type of research carried out is exploratory and descriptive, since an analysis is made of the results of interviews with experts and customer surveys to find out the variables under study. The main objective is to learn about the complementary services that insurance brokers provide, in addition to know the impact they have on their clients through variables such as client satisfaction and the sense of usefulness that these services have on people who use them. Finally, a comparison will be made between what has been studied and the reality of the organizations, through qualitative tools such as interviews with two experts who currently provide complementary services in two brokers.
