Estudio de prefactibilidad para la instalación de una planta productora de proteína de quinua isolatada en polvo (Chenopodium quinoa)

The following study of pre-feasibility for the implementation of Quinua protein isolate manufacturing plant aimed to the NSE A and B from Lima provides the necessary information to underpinned the feasibility of the Project. Nowadays, plant-based proteins are having more market coverage due to the new cruelty free lifestyle. On the other hand, the raw material, in this case the quinua its well known as a superfood and can be consumed in different ways. Thanks to the quinua versatility, studies have proven that different kinds of macronutrients can be extracted in order to create brand new products for different kinds of markets. In this approach, the new market requirements of the 21st century would be full filed. To stablish the project demand, it must be detailed the target demand, with the help of the cuestionarie and segmentation of the population. It is important to take in consideration that promotion and sales strategies would be important for the success of the project. During the project investigation, size, distribution and possible impacts and dangers were taken into account for the new manufacturing plant and finally the feasibility was evaluated through a financial and economical assessment.
