To stablish the project demand, it must be detailed the target demand, with the help of the cuestionarie and segmentation of the population. It is important to take in consideration that promotion and sales strategies would be important for the success of the project. Hoy en día, las proteínas vegetales están ganando mayor cobertura de mercado, especialmente por el nuevo estilo de vida libre de maltrato animal. Por otro lado, la materia prima a utilizar, en este caso, la quinua, es un alimento rico en nutrientes que puede ser consumido de diferentes maneras. Gracias a la versatilidad de la quinua, estudios han demostrado que se puede extraer los diferentes macronutrientes y con ello conseguir productos dirigidos a un determinado sector del mercado y de esta manera satisfacer las nuevas necesidades del siglo XXI. Para establecer la demanda del proyecto se debe detallar cuál es el mercado objetivo, con la ayuda de una encuesta y segmentación de la población. Es importante tener en cuenta que una estrategia de promoción y precio serán factores importantes que influirán en el éxito el proyecto.
