Recomendaciones para educar la afectividad en jóvenes universitarios con base en la estructura de la persona y el método de la experiencia de Juan Manuel Burgos

It is based on the idea that Juan Manuel Burgos offers a novel proposal to understand the person by postulating affectivity as an essential dimension of it. That is why it was decided to investigate the education of affectivity in young university students from the structure of the person and with the method of the experience of J. M. Burgos to complete the doctoral studies in Leadership and Management of Higher Education Institutions at the University Anahuac Mexico. The objective of the research is to understand affectivity as an essential dimension of the person and the possibility of educating it in higher education institutions (IES). In the methodological aspect, in-depth interviews were carried out with the general objective of knowing how the trajectory of the formation of the affectivity of the participants has been in order to discover some coincidences, confront them with the frame of reference treated and thus be able to outline recommendations. pedagogical to educate affectivity in young university students for their formative step in higher education institutions.
