Escritoras ausentes en el legado cultural hispánico desde la Edad Media hasta el siglo XIX: una propuesta de mejora del canon literario aplicado en Bachillerato

This doctoral thesis has a double object of study. On the one hand, it analyzes the importance of women throughout history and their presence in the literary canon. To accomplish this, the present literary contents are analyzed in some manuals of Spanish Language and Literature of the first cycle of Bachillerato and in some History of Hispanic Literature guides to check the female presence in the literary canon used from the Middle Ages to the 19th century. On the other hand, it offers a proposal for update, innovate and orientate towards gender equality of the literary contents analyzed, being consistent at all times with the new educational legislation, crystallized in the LOMLOE. Therefore, the proposed didactic suggestion, apart from presenting a repertoire of texts that promote gender equity and competence learning, aims to raise awareness of a group of writers who are far from the academic literary canon. On these two axes, the literary canon is carried out through two paths: a traditional and innovative one, followed by active methodologies related to the New Information and Communication Technologies, NICT. Thus the interweaving of both didactic perspectives ensuresa significant study of these new literary milestones.
