Abstract
dc:description.abstractThe purpose of this study was to make statistical comparisons of the mean correct-words-a-minute scores of students taught by two different methods and materials as presented by two different textbooks. Comparisons were made after twelve, twenty-four, and thirty-six weeks of instruction to determine the effectiveness of each textbook in developing speed in beginning typewriting students.
