A Survey of the High School Course in Physical Science

Abstract

It was the purpose of this study (l) to determine the predominant characteristics, content, functions, and place of the High School course in physical science in relation to the over-all science program, (2) to disclose some of the current practices found to be most applicable to the course, and (3) to determine the most important values and limitations of the course as it has currently been taught.
