Abstract
dc:description.abstractWhen he first begins to study literature, a student confronts a mass of terms. Some will sound familiar to him, others will sound completely foreign. Of course, this experience is not limited to literature courses and studies. Throughout school the student will confront new terms in science, mathematics, and other disciplines. His success will depend on how well he assimilates and correctly uses these new terms.
