Estudio de genómica comparada de genes bacterianos relacionados con la proliferación en la rizosfera

Pseudomonas is a taxonomically diverse genus that harbors one of the most studied species for its mutualistic relationship with plants at the rhizosphere level, Pseudomonas putida. It is considered a rhizobacteria that promotes plant growth, also knows as a PGPR (Plant-Growth Promoting Rhizobacteria). The different stages of colonization have been defined, being the adhesion, the biosynthesis of flagella and the adaptation to stress, essential characteristics to carry out an optimal colonization of the rhizosphere, as well as the genes involved in the different stages of colonization. The RpoN and FliA genes have been described as genes involved in biosynthesis, the RelA gene is related to stress adaptation and the GalU gene is described as involved in the later stages of colonization. This work carries out a study on selection by comparative genomics, determining the relationship between the structure and the function of the genes RpoN, FliA, RelA and GalU, through the different species and strains of Pseudomonas.
