Factores de riesgo y de protección frente a los tratamientos foniátricos en el profesorado de Castilla y León del ámbito de la enseñanza obligatoria y universidad

El objetivo de esta Tesis es conocer cuáles son los factores de riesgo y de protección frente a la alta prevalencia de los trastornos de la voz en el profesorado, tanto en el ámbito de la Enseñanza Obligatoria como Universitaria. En la primera parte de la Tesis se aborda el marco teórico que contextualiza el ámbito de la investigación y se alerta acerca de la necesidad de un plan formativo y preventivo de la problemática vocal mediante la educación previa y continuada del profesorado. Se aplicaron análisis estadísticos tales como las tablas de contingencia, junto al índice estadístico Χ2 y el análisis de los residuos ajustados estandarizados, modelos de regresión logística, análisis bivariados por regresión logística simple y análisis multivariado de regresión logística. Para determinar la fuerza de la asociación estadística se tomó como parámetro el Odds Ratio. _______________________________________ The objective of this thesis is to know what are the risk factors and protection against high prevalence of voice disorders in teachers, both in the field of Kindergarten, Primary School, Secondary School and University. In the first part of the thesis discusses the theoretical framework that contextualizes the field of research and alert to the need of a training plan and preventive vocal problems through the preliminary and continuous education of teachers. We applied statistical analysis such as contingency tables, along with the statistical index Χ2 and analysis of adjusted residuals standardized logistic regression models, bivariate, simple logistic regression and multivariate logistic regression analysis. To determine the strength of statistical association parameter was taken as the Odds Ratio.
