Ocupação do solo urbano, legislação e licenciamento ambiental no bairro de Gramame – João Pessoa - PB (1992– 2013).
Abstract
dc:description.abstractThis study aims to analyze the influence of the urbanization process in João Pessoa, with emphasis in the neighborhood Gramame from 1992 to 2013. Our concern is to link environmental and urban problems using as instruments urban policies, such as the Master Plan, Urban Code and Municipal Code of Environment, where the Environmental Permit in accordance with the National Environmental System is predicted. For this, it has been used zoning maps, satellite imagery and photographic records of the studied area, as well as performed data collection regarding the Preliminary License, Installation and Operation License of civil construction, since the latter is the largest element modifier space studied. It is concluded that the process of urbanization within the study area continues to develop, following the urban growth of the city of João Pessoa and transforming the natural setting of the landscape neighborhood Gramame that was typically rural in an urban zone.
