Comadre Fulozinha e Pai do Mangue: sua influência na formação da identidade, território e territorialidade na comunidade do Porto do Capim.

The study of a community through their myths, legends, folklore, which inhabit the popular imagination, can be revealing about many aspects of the place and thpeople, through which permeate such phenomena. The present study deals with the myths of Comadre Fulozinha and Pai do Mangue in the Porto do Capim community,beingthese myths widespread in northeastern Brazil. The aim is thus tstudy theinfluence of Comadre Fulozinha and Pai do Mangue in the construction of identity of children of the Porto do Capim community, and perception of their environment as a trainer of the concept of territory and territoriality element. Specifically this study seeks to understand the influence of these entities in the relationship that children have with their environment, and which elements in the community contribute to the importance of these entities for the children of Porto do Capim. Finally, lists these "legends" with the concept of Intangible Heritage and the legal frameworks that formalize the state duty to protect such property. This is a qualitative research, where the phenomenological method was used, along with the focus group technique for data collection. Data analysis was performed using the technique of encoding the content of the speeches and invocations of the participants. The research resulted in the finding that, more than myths or legends, Comadre Fulozinha and Pai do Mangue are better understood as entities for the inhabitants of Porto do Capim, especially for children, giving meaning to their expectations and stimulating the development of personality and citizenship, depending on the requirement to respect the environment and nature, imposed by these entities.
