Alterações morfológicas promovidas pelo uso de anti-inflamatórios não-esteroidais.
Abstract
dc:description.abstractAutomedication is a great current problem around the world. Its practice occurs due to absen ce of informat ions of people , and the facility of buying /sale of drugs. The nonsteroidal anti - inflammatory (NSAID) therapeutic class occupies frequently the ranking of more utilized drugs in the automedication practice , and it do n o t put out of order when speak s about t he adverse reactions’ development during its inadequate (or adequate) use. With the wrong use and without supervision of health professional, appear the adverse reactions (of morphological, phys iological and/or biochemical order) to the tissues and organs reached by used drug . The objective in this work was t o research about the morphology of organs and tis sues modified by NSAID use , correlating and ratifying the ina dequate (and adequate, too) use with the histological alterations. To caught this objective, was performed a bibliographic research, which rejoined scientific works about the Histology of organs when used dipyrone, aspirin or acetaminophen. A comparison between altered morphology by use of NSAID and the normal Histology of organ was realized. The obtained results showed pathological alterations of the organ due to the action of therapeutic NSAID use or overdose. It was observed cellular degeneration and alteration beyond necrosis . In conclusion, observed histological data corroborate with the risk s of inadequate NSAID use, and these data are important in the health professional’s academic formation .
