Conjuntos: Um Olhar e Algumas Observações sobre dois Livros Didáticos.

Our object of study participation was born after the experience of intervention in the discipline of Supervised IV, provided by Federal University of Paraiba, distance learning mode. Our objective was to carry forward some observations about the chapter that discusses the contents of sets in the works of "Matemática" (DANTE, 2011) and "Conexões com a Matemática" (BARROSO, 2011). We present, based theoretically among multiple authors, a quick history textbook on the world stage and Brazil, two in particular these authors were Falcão (2008) and Oliveira (1984) and to discuss these points, we chose a literature search. In our intervention in the classroom, we examine the issue in different sets of didactic works. This analysis gave us questions about how textbooks are structured in such content in order to support the teacher's action. We conclude that the two books can complement each other giving the teacher provide a basis for lesson plans and conduct a more planning usefull.
