Subsistência de jovens empreendedores no mercado de trabalho: um estudo de caso do Empreender JP

It becomes clear the growth of entrepreneurial activity in recent years, and the growth of young entrepreneurship in this way is important to understand the attitudes, behaviors and motives leadind to entrepreneurship. Microcredit is a modality of funding for low values, so it is only offered to micro and small enterprises, are framing this study, which seeks to understand the relationship between entrepreneurship, microfinance, youth and public administration, seeking to evaluate the program microcredit delivered from City Hall João Pessoa, the Empreender - JP in your line of credit to the Young Entrepreneur. Seeking to emphasize the importance of evaluating performance in achieving any enterprise. To this study, it was used a descriptive methodology, applied exploratory satisfaction and use of questionnaires with analyzis quantitatively. The results show that the Empreender-JP undertake in your credit line Entrepreneurship Young, managing to perform the function is proposed, achieving further characterize entrepreneurship and profiling the young entrepreneur of the capital of Paraiba.
