Planejamento estratégico de serviços de TI da Inteligence informática - João Pessoa - PB

As Information Technologies they have assumed important roles in companies in the contemporary world, evolving from services of operational and tactical level and becoming part of the highest levels of organizations as in the plan of occupation and strategic alignment in the associations. The objective of this research is to evaluate the strategic planning without technical support in a company that provides IT service in João Pessoa - PB. Chiavenato and Sapiro (2004), Henderson and Venkatraman (1993), Laudon and Laudon (2011), Costa (2010), among other topics such as Strategic Planning, Quality Management in IT Services, IT Outsourcing Process, and Role of IT services in organizations. The methodology used for qualitative and quantitative field research. A data collection was given by a questionnaire made available to 200 clients. Of these, 47 were answered on the level of customer satisfaction with the IT services provided by the company object of Intelligence Intelligence study. The paper concludes by stating that a company in question does not have a structured strategic planning and therefore it is not possible to verify and evaluate the positive points coming from the implementation of the process of more detailed formation within the research.
