The purpose of this article is to contribute with professionals, parents and others interested in the subject on the education of autistic children, Definition, Causes, Laws that helps autistic in their legal rights, to study at school with every citizen, therapies, and professionals, contributing in a broad view so it can provide both the professional to the autistic child a comfortable and pleasant development. The overall objective of the study is to analyze how this school and what difficulties we found this process to verify the various methods that are part of literacy. The method is characterized as a qualitative nature it is a literature review. For selection of items used the Scielo databases, Google Scholar and Lilacs.There are many difficulties encountered by parents about the rights of children in school and the teachers in the classroom, how to work with the autistic child in search of a greater contribution to provide improvement in their communication, their knowledge, and external means, so it is necessary or even desirable that the teacher knows the importance of the autistic child's learning. Identify the difficulties the family about the inclusion of autism in schools and education in the schooling process. The difficulties of teachers in that process and in relation to the autistic child. It is desirable that this research contributes to the increase of publications on the subject.
