Prestação de serviço público essencial: fornecimento de energia elétrica na Paraíba - PB

This work aims to present the results of a search on the quality of the supply electrical Energisa Paraíba State. From the methodological point of view was a survey on the concepts of careful technical assistance addressing the relationship between customers and their key needs in the electricity sector. To ensure and strengthen some interpretations were made of papers analyzes specific areas of care and actual operation, Energisa Paraíba (Distribuidora de Energia S / A). In service departments and operating analyzes were performed on documents and regulations to clarify issues that arose during the study. As for the physical structure of the work, itself, addresses the theoretical methodological tools, techniques, operational procedures, and, especially, the resolutions governing the provision of this service to society. The findings show satisfactory results from the standpoint of the company, considering the contributions of this study for the control of the power supply.
