Padrões de desenvolvimento e suas consequências no processo saúde/ doença na classe trabalhadora: o caso do complexo industrial portuário de SUAPE

This study aims to verify the rapid growth the northeast, focusing on Industrial Port Complex of Suape in the 2000-2012 period. We bring about the processes triggered by production systems by analyzing aggravations to work, focusing on accidents and occupational diseases, arising from new industrial situation Northeast in the last decade. And to what extent this situation has been a way to discuss the terms that support the new development discourse, focusing on labor and social issues, also showing the relationship and change the human development index, Gini and GDP of the region. Counting that health indicators / illness worsened, and that the logic of thinking business mode is shared by the unions, who are supposed to defend the interests of its affiliated workers. Data were obtained through institutional sites such as IBGE, Atlas of Human Development, Ministry of Social Welfare and Labor, among others.
