We bring about the processes triggered by production systems by analyzing aggravations to work, focusing on accidents and occupational diseases, arising from new industrial situation Northeast in the last decade. And to what extent this situation has been a way to discuss the terms that support the new development discourse, focusing on labor and social issues, also showing the relationship and change the human development index, Gini and GDP of the region. Counting that health indicators / illness worsened, and that the logic of thinking business mode is shared by the unions, who are supposed to defend the interests of its affiliated workers.
