A biblioteca do SESC na perspectiva dos seus usuários

Exploratory research with qualitative and quantitative approach, aiming to analyze the services and users who attend the SESC Library, located in the center of João Pessoa / PB. The data collection instrument was a questionnaire. We attempted to obtain information regarding the profile of users, clarify the purpose of the use of information, which media types are used, the researched topic, how often they visit the library, if they are satisfied with the acquis if the facilities provide comfort and well-being, employees meet properly. The results show that the majority of respondents are satisfied with the services offered by the Library, with some items proposed, with minor adjustments and structural changes can make a difference to raise the quality levels of the institution. It is concluded that this information unit offers a diverse collection and offers a quality service to the general public.
