Diagnóstico do fator motivacional dos funcionários da construção civil na cidade de João Pessoa - PB.

This monograph is aimed at presenting a diagnostic on the level of motivation of construction workers in the city of João Pessoa - PB, and for the same parameter was selected as the theory of two factors Frederick Herzberg. The research occurs both within literature through articles, journals, books and field practice through a questionnaire administered to a representative sample of the population in question so that it was made a quantitative analysis of the data, the identification of the hygiene factors and through motivational variables such as: compensation, recognition, leadership style among others and from this context were generated satisfactory results regarding the existence of motivation in the employees concerned. Besides being briefly made an employee's profile in this sector. Underscoring the importance of this study was the fact that open field for further research to confirm at what point is embedded in the enterprises motivational factor in their employees, as well as the expectations of employees in this sector with the aim of a better visualization of this motivational framework.
