Reflexões sobre a divulgação de produtos e serviços em arquivos e o papel do arquivista

Discusses on the dissemination of products and services of archives, as well as issues related the identification, concept and features of products and services archival. Emphasizes the importance of institutions perform the dissemination of information to users. In this sense, presents three types of diffusion, following the guidelines of Bellotto (2006), and the way products and services are developed and delivered to users through tools intended for such goal. Finally, reflections are presented about the archivist and its skills to promote the dissemination of product and service quality, and mainly deal with the Information Technology since currently the use of same is increasingly common in day-to-day the activities in the archive.
