Gestão de documentos: percepção de gestores de entidades representativas de duas esferas públicas

This work aims to analyze the perception of managers on document management in their institutions. Awakening to the importance of implementing document management programs, relying on Law 8.159/91 and Law 12.527/11, ensuring the right to information access, in which these laws have. The nature of the research is consisted of local managers of two public spheres, in which one is State and the other one, Federal. To carry out the research, we used a questionnaire, taking as methodological presupposition quantitative and qualitative analysis, of the descriptive type. In this sense the research revealed the perceptions of managers about the importance of document management, its practice, the instruments used and the difficulties encountered in the development of the management in their institutions.
