Awakening to the importance of implementing document management programs, relying on Law 8.159/91 and Law 12.527/11, ensuring the right to information access, in which these laws have. The nature of the research is consisted of local managers of two public spheres, in which one is State and the other one, Federal. To carry out the research, we used a questionnaire, taking as methodological presupposition quantitative and qualitative analysis, of the descriptive type.
