Revitalização do arquivo da Superintendência Executiva de Mobilidade Urbana / (SEMOB): uma proposta a luz arquivística contemporânea

The paper aims to present a proposal for deployment of the file of the Executive Superintendence of Urban Mobility (SEMOB) in Paraiba follows all the needs of an analysis made in the collection of documents, current and permanent existing files in the location thus helped in achieving an archival diagnosis, having to be made a note by the deficiencies to a practice of life cycle of these documents, as the number of documents that are generated by this institution. In disrespect to archival criteria used in the documentation to a major flaw and that brings us harm the recovery of the same, so when the body needs such a file is that you can see the real problem. In this intervention project in archival institutions or documentary sets out the determination adopt superior regarding Decree No. 7,482 / 11 of the body of skills; Law 12,527 / 11 on access to information and Normative Ruling MP No 3/11 setting up the digital functional settlement and procedures for the organization, scanning and storage of functional settlements. We have the proposal to organize, analyze, select and archive documents and information in accordance with the body needs in order to reduce the problems presented and speed in the search and to recover the documents, also used a computerized system to make available to databases and facilitating a uniform search and the databases of the information units of the organ.
