In disrespect to archival criteria used in the documentation to a major flaw and that brings us harm the recovery of the same, so when the body needs such a file is that you can see the real problem. In this intervention project in archival institutions or documentary sets out the determination adopt superior regarding Decree No. 7,482 / 11 of the body of skills; Law 12,527 / 11 on access to information and Normative Ruling MP No 3/11 setting up the digital functional settlement and procedures for the organization, scanning and storage of functional settlements.
