Educação e ações afirmativas: desafios da educação etnicorracial na formação de professores da educação de jovens e adultos

This study aims to analyze the cultural educational practices in the formation of identity etnicorracial black students, from the practical training of educators in Youth and Adult Education. Seeking to reflect, discuss and plan actions from the Guidelines Etnicorraciais and pedagogical practices of repair, recognition and appreciation of african-Brazilian culture in the educational context. Offering an introduction to discussions on public affirmative action policies as a way to rescue the human dignity of blacks. Investigating and contributing new pedagogical practices Etnicorracial Education from the Law federaI 10.639/2003. In this sense, the methodology is grounded in theoretical contributions from: Freire (1993, 1996, 2005) Munanga (2008), Brazil (2003, 2008), Felix (1998), among others. Therefore, this literature clipping ask: What is the meaning of Teacher Training for Teaching History and African and African-Brazilian Culture on Youth and Adult Education in Brazil? Thus, we understand that as discussions on anti-racist education, stoked up throughout Brazil, mainly in black, indigenous and women's movements, new ideas and practices are emerging and being created as alternatives to improve social conditions and economic. Promoting social and human growth and strong measures, leading throughout our nation on the path of citizenship in its entirety, without distinction of race, color, gender, or social status. Necessarily this fact has significant implications for the training process of educators in particular, young people and adults.
