I n a t o t a l o f 2 9 8 r e q u e s t s , 5 3 % o f p a t i e n t s w e r e f e m a l e a n d 4 7 % m a l e , m o s t a g e d b e t w e e n 3 0 - 59 y e a r s ( 3 9 . 3 % ) a n d w i t h o r a b o v e 6 0 y e a r s ( 4 1 . 3 % ) .
