Práticas de gestão social e políticas de cuidados para população em situação de rua na pandemia e para o mundo pós-pandêmico

The work aims to contextualize and highlight how the conditions of prevention and care - whether in normal conditions or in conditions of health crisis - are not placed in the same way for all people, especially considering that the historical accumulation of the impoverishment of a society built on slaveholding and racist foundations does not offer means of resilience for the population. It also informs how the invisibilization of the most vulnerable people was reiterated, extending to the professionals who work with them, exemplifying how central a public action is to guarantee rights that is sensitive to the mobilization of desires as a primordial part of the humanity of each subject. In this sense, the role of art-education instruments to promote care for the homeless population during the pandemic is highlighted. Also noteworthy is the update of the demand for the professional insertion of a population segment that lives in underemployment and that sees itself even less prioritized in the face of the economic crisis aggravated by the pandemic, placing work as a right that has been thought of within a program risk and harm reduction for vulnerable populations as a place of social protection.
