It also informs how the invisibilization of the most vulnerable people was reiterated, extending to the professionals who work with them, exemplifying how central a public action is to guarantee rights that is sensitive to the mobilization of desires as a primordial part of the humanity of each subject. In this sense, the role of art-education instruments to promote care for the homeless population during the pandemic is highlighted.
