Systemansatz zur Untersuchung und Beurteilung des Abrollkomforts von Kraftfahrzeugen bei der Überfahrt von Einzelhindernissen
Abstract
dc:descriptionThis work deals with ride quality over artificial single obstacles in terms of perceived noise and vibration. Next to the road obstacles (cleats, plates, holes) also driving speed and suspension are varied. Different methods are used to analyse the data: Components of the suspensions are studied with regard to their component- and system-characteristics in the 10-150 Hz frequency range. Measured characteristics are for example input- and transfer stiffness. The time domain simulation of the road-tires-suspension-system is carried out with a MBS-program using two different physical tire modells. The analysis focuses on wheel accelerations in fore and aft-, lateral- and vertical direction. Tansfer-path-analysis of the suspension-body-system is used to identify critical paths and comfort relevant components of structure- and air-borne noise signals inside the passenger compartment. The calculations are based on the inverse-matrix-method and the two-port-theory. Ratings of 26 test persons on the one hand, and the physically measured variables on the other hand build the basis for the statistical analysis. Results show the connection between the subjective and objective data in form of correlations factors and regression equations with respect to ride hardness and disturbance.
