Management betrieblicher Risiken bei produzierenden Unternehmen

Nowadays it is increasingly important for producing companies to evaluate operational risks. Due to this situation methods are required to support identification and evaluation of these risks. Scope of this work is the development of corresponding methods. Main focus is the identification of risks, evaluation, development of measures and the final evaluation of the complete risk management process. An Example from a mechanical engineering company is used for the final validation of the method.
