Klinische Studie zur Beurteilung oraler Risikoparameter für Halitosis
An 41 Probanden einer Zahnarztpraxis wurde mittels eines Sulfidmonitors (Halimeter) und organoleptisch ihr Halitoseausmass bestimmt und zu anderen oralen Parametern in Beziehung gesetzt.Die Intervention durch Zungenreinigung brachte eine durchschnittliche Reduktion des Mundgeruchs um 51%.
