dc:descriptionCOMPARATIVE ANALYSIS OF VERBUM DICENDI TO SAY AND ITS COUNTERPARTS IN LITHUANIAN AND FRENCH (Based on the examples taken from Lorenzo Carcaterra's novel Sleepers and its translation into Lithuanian and French). The collected literature on semantics, and the verb meaning to say was presented in the literature section. In the Empirical part the collected English examples were compared with Lithuanian and French.
