Abstract
dc:descriptionThe objective of the thesis is to examine and ascertain the influence of transformational leadership style on employee engagement and job satisfaction. The work includes a systematic literature review; quantitative research; statistical data analysis. In addition to an introduction and conclusion with recommendations, the paper is divided into three sections. In the initial and subsequent sections, an examination of the scientific literature is provided. The methodology section, comprising the second part of the paper, describes the final research model and objectives. The analysis research is comprised of the third section of the thesis; the gathered data is assessed in accordance with the methodology that was provided. In the final section of the paper, conclusions and recommendations are provided. In scientific literature, the relationship between employee engagement and transformational leadership style was determined to be positive and directly proportional through the use of a linear regression equation. While analysing the relationship between job satisfaction and transformational leadership style a positive effect was observed as a result of Spearman’s rho correlation analysis, which established a statistically significant relationship between job satisfaction and transformational leadership. In order to promote employee engagement and job satisfaction, transformational leadership is, in general, indispensable.
