In the final section of the paper, conclusions and recommendations are provided. In scientific literature, the relationship between employee engagement and transformational leadership style was determined to be positive and directly proportional through the use of a linear regression equation. While analysing the relationship between job satisfaction and transformational leadership style a positive effect was observed as a result of Spearman’s rho correlation analysis, which established a statistically significant relationship between job satisfaction and transformational leadership.
