The activity of the dental technician as a member of the dental team restoring imperfections of the dental rows is focused on the provision of services presented by the production of dental prostheses, orthodontic apparatuses and brackets. A dental technician does not always perform autonomously in the work practice. It often happens to perform the role of a manager and to hire employees. The mission of human resources management in the organization is to identify, train and keep the most suitable employees to work for the benefit of the public interest and the prestige of the organization. The recruitment of employees in the organizations is supposed to contribute to the increase of public trust and to present the hired staff as qualified and experienced professionals capable of meeting the specific work requirements. Effective human resource management requires leaders who possess high moral values and behavior standards corresponding to the values of the organization, understanding the significant impact of improved management and working to improve human resources system to achieve better results. The aim of the dissertation is to investigate the influence of human factor on the development of an autonomous dental technical laboratory and on the basis of the results to propose a model for optimal human resource management in the dental technical laboratory and its successful development.
