dc:descriptionGiovanni Nasco, although today considered to be a minor composer of the sixteenth century, was in his own time respected as a highly skilled musician. He held positions in Vicenza, in Verona, as director of the Accademia Filharmonia, and in Treviso, as the maestro di capella of the cathedral.
