An Analysis of Demographic Variables and Their Relationships to Selected Teaching Activities of Agricultural Education Students and Graduates From Four Universities in Illinois
Abstract
dc:descriptionThe first objective of this study was to gather demographic information about Agricultural Education students and graduates and their perceptions concerning the effectiveness of their teacher preparation curriculum in Agricultural Education. The second objective of this study was to ascertain whether or not selected demographic variables were significantly related to (a)the importance of selected teaching activities and, (b)the present skill level of graduates and students in selected teaching activities. The third objective of this study was to determine what effect years of teaching experience has on the skill level of graduates in the selected teaching activities.
