Support Group Effects on Perceived Ease of Transition of the LPN to AD Student
Abstract
dc:description.abstract<p>The objectives of this study were: 1. To determine the expectations of the members entering a support group developed for the purpose of easing the transition from LPN to AD student.<br /> 2. To determine the extent those expectations are met by participation in the support group.<br /> 3. To determine the extent of perceived stressors change after participation in the support group as related to:<br /> a. type of identified stressor<br /> b. degree to which an identified stressor is a source of stress.</p>
