Σχέσεις εκπαίδευσης και απασχόλησης: Οι μισθωτοί των Ιωαννίνων

I try to explore the relations between the salaried work and the education in a Greek region. It is a macro-economic and social research exploring the structures of the employment and education and the personal strategies of the salaries regarding to them. There are three parts, concerning. The first , the theoretical base of the research and the “problematic” of the relations between education and work. The second, the theoretical scope within the framework of the Greek social structure, especially the dimension of the structure of the employment, of education and of the role of the state. The third, the research on 555 salarieds of the area of Ioannina. The results, statistically, are grouped in six fields: Those of personal and social characteristics, relations with the education, professional mobility and unemployment, integration in the work, syndicalism, positions regarding work. The conclusions of the results are the final step.
