The conclusions of the results are the final step.","Είναι μια απόπειρα διερεύνησης των σχέσεων των μισθωτών με την εκπαίδευση σε μια ελληνική περιφέρεια. Πρόκειται για μια μακρο-οικονομική και κοινωνική προσέγγιση που διερευνά τη δομή, την απασχόληση και την εκπαίδευση όπως επίσης και τις ατομικές στρατηγικές των μισθωτών ως προς τους δύο αυτούς τομείς. Η εργασία διαρθρώνεται σε 3 μέρη. Στο 1ο αναπτύσσεται η θεωρητική θεμελίωση της έρευνας και η προβληματική των σχέσεων εκπαίδευσης και απασχόλησης. Στο 2ο, το θεωρητικό πλαίσιο ανάγεται στις διαστάσεις που προσδιορίζουν ιστορικο-κοινωνικά τον ελληνικό κοινωνικό σχηματισμό ιδιαίτερα σε σχέση με τη δομή της απασχόλησης, τον εκπαιδευτικό θεσμό με την κρατική λειτουργία. Στο 3ο παρουσιάζεται η έρευνα που έγινε σε 555 μισθωτούς της περιοχής των Ιωαννίνων (γραπτό ερωτηματολόγιο). Η στατιστική αποτύπωση των αποτελεσμάτων ομαδοποιείται στα: ατομικά και κοινωνικά χαρακτηριστικά, σχέσεις με εκπαίδευση, επαγγελματική κινητικότητα και ανεργία, ένταξη στην εργασία, συνδικαλισμός, στάση απέναντι στην εργασία.
