This proyect aims the study of protected designation of origin, specifying in the PDO Cheese of la Serena and Torta del Casar, in agro-food market as a differential strategy of competitiveness in the industrialization of products bearing the distinctive. This resource allows to Extremadura´s society promote its socio-economic development, through a stream of market that from this land comes to increasingly more consumers in various areas of the planet, inside and outside of the European Community
