Abstract
dc:description.abstractThe purpose of this paper is to formulate a guidance handbook for use by the writer on the elementary school level. To accomplish this purpose the writer has discussed, in abbreviated form, the history and philosophy of a guidance program and has called attention to the role of participants, especially of the administrator and classroom teacher, in such a program.
