A biblioterapia como instrumento de responsabilidade social do profissional bibliotecário: visão de alunos pré-concluintes

Focuses bibliotherapy identifying concepts, practices and contributions, using educational instruments, among which the books as an adjunct in the prevention and performing of therapy. Associates social responsibility (SR) of the librarian to perform such functions enables practices aimed at the humanistic side of the profession. Presents as a general objective to notice what the pre-graduating students of the Undergraduate Course in Library, 9th period, of the Federal University of Paraíba (FUPB) know about it by associating bibliotherapy and (SR) in the context of library economics practices. Methodologically apply questionnaire with 10 subjective questions to 22 (twenty two) students for data collection. It uses the principles of Bardin content analysis, for the categorization, explore both possibilities and relevance of activities, such as those of action for the future librarians. Concludes that bibliotherapy and the SR in the context of active librarian is understood by most of the students, which have a theoretical knowledge. It is inferred that both the theory and the practice is included in the curriculum of the course will enable the training of more skilled, aware and compassionate professionals.
