A importância do ensino de artes na sala de aula: experiência de estágio na escola de educação básica

This course conclusion work aims of arts education in the classroom and the issues surrounding that is produced during class. For this, we use Barbosa contributions, as well as Pereira, Pillar, among others. From this arise dialogue about the importance of the creative process for the formation of the subject, from educational proposals, the appreciation of the culture of each individual and the relationship between teacher and student in an educational context. In this sense, the paper discusses how some theoretical point us his views on art education as an integrated subject in the school curriculum context. Arises, therefore, the issue of building the identity of the student, based on his artistic production in the classroom and in their world views, their experiences in their midst. To illustrate the above issues have an experience report on the trainee condition at the School of Basic Education UFPB, which shows us the importance of practice as research for teacher education in the school context. We conclude that the art education contributes to the critical formation of the subject, as well as contribute to the construction of the identity of each individual.
