Análise das principais fraudes ocorridas no processo licitatório na esfera federal e suas medidas preventivas

This work is about frauds that currently happens in bidding process in Brazil. The society criticizes public expenditure and it’s necessary to examine public spending in federation, looking for the problems and solutions. This work will show the concept of bidding process, ruled by Law nº 8.666/93 of the brazilian legislation, the crimes provided in this law and the most common crimes in Brazil, as well as the prevention forms for this crimes. The methodology used was bibliographic and documental research in books, articles and websites, been a descritive research with a deductive method. The objective is show the importance to perform a correct and clear bidding process, as well to presente suggestions to improve this process.
