A magia das cores: trabalhando a arte para o desenvolvimento da criança

The work entitled The magic of colors: Working art for child development, aims to analyze the contributions that the process of teaching and learning in the arts can offer, as well as create opportunities using colors, geometric shapes, among other elements in early childhood classes. It attempted to point out the arts as theoretical reference in three situations: the first one in the general context, the second one in early childhood education and the third one as a contributor to the development of the child, based on RCNEI, Iavelberg, Apud Santos and Fratari. This is a bibliographic research with exploratory type to better detail the information. The approach was made qualitatively. About the collection instrument it was used already published materials. However, the survey points to several benefits that visual arts teaching can provide the initial life of a child. bringing in a significant way to the autonomy, spontaneity in their productions, inspiration and the joy of learning both in school knowledge and in acquaintanceship with society.
